Each year on the first Sunday in May, the UPark PTA hosts the University Park Home Tour, where area neighbors open their private homes to the public. 100% of the proceeds from the Home Tour benefit University Park Elementary School.

This year's tour will require the commitment of 100 VOLUNTEERS. The time slots during the tour are: 11am - 1pm, 1pm - 3 pm, and 3pm - 5 pm.

Sunday, May 4, 2014 - 11am to 5pm
The UPark Home Tour is our biggest one-day fundraiser of the year! Proceeds from this event enable the University Park PTA to make significant contributions to important programs at University Park Elementary, ensuring our children receive the highest quality education we can provide them.
What: Homeowners from the Observatory/University Park neighborhood put out the welcome mat and open their homes for the day. You have the opportunity to walk through five spectacular homes!
When: Sunday, May 4, 2014; 11am - 5pm.
Where: Start at University Park Elementary, 2300 South St. Paul to pick up your Home Tour Directory. Baked goods and refreshments will be available for purchase.
$20 pre-purchased, $25 at the door. Seniors and teachers are always $20. Please call the UPark office at 720.424.3410 if you have questions regarding purchasing tickets at the school.
Please proceed to UPark Elementary or one of the featured homes on the day of the tour to receive your ticket and tour materials.  Your name will be on a list at each location if you have purchased your tickets online.

The Rules:
For the purposes of safety, security and in full respect of the homeowners, we ask the following:
  • No food or drink inside (including water bottles).
  • No cameras allowed.
  • Do not sit on any furniture or touch items in the house
  • Bathrooms are available at University Park Elementary School
  • Home Tour: All children must have a ticket of their own (unless a baby is in a front carrier). No baby backpacks or strollers inside the homes. Children must tour alongside their parent.
